Directions from M1 Junction 5:

• From M1 J5 follow signs to town centre.
• Junction with traffic lights at Harlequin Centre turn left on to ring road staying in left lane.
• Take second left turn signposted A4145 and Watford General A &E. Continue for 200 yards and turn left in to small one way system. Turn immediately right then left again and follow the road (A4145) past Watford General Hospital.
• At the next lights turn right signposted Industrial Estates. Follow the road (A4145) around bends until you reach mini roundabout. Turn left (A4145) and follow the road past the Kenwood factory and over hump back bridge.
• Just before you reach a railway bridge above the road turn right in to Vale Ind Park. Continue to the end of the estate to Unit 3.
